Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist ROW Program leadership in developing, monitoring, and maintaining ROW project schedules and budgets.
  • •Track and report milestones across survey, acquisition, and construction-related damage settlements.
  • •Prepare earned value reports and monitor schedule and cost performance.
  • •Track and report trust/escrow accounts when applicable, including reconciliations and monthly reporting.
  • •Develop and monitor quality control processes, and produce routine project/portfolio reports, dashboards, and risk assessments.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience coordinating right-of-way (ROW) projects, project controls, or related roles supporting infrastructure or utility projects.

  • •Proficiency with project management and reporting tools.
  • •Effective communication and organizational skills to manage multiple priorities.
