Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and iterate learning content (presentations, guides, videos, Confluence pages) using AI tools
  • •Coordinate and produce instructor-led learning sessions and L&D offsites from scheduling through day-of execution
  • •Prototype AI-assisted learning experiences such as adaptive practice exercises and AI-generated scenario simulations
  • •Analyze program evaluation and engagement data using AI-assisted methods to recommend improvements
  • •Maintain program documentation and communication channels so employees can discover and access learning opportunities

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 40 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •Currently pursuing a degree or certificate in adult education, HR, organizational psychology, instructional design, or a related field
  • •Proficiency in Google Workspace (Slides, Sheets, Docs) to create polished slide decks and written materials
  • •Prior experience coordinating multiple tasks with competing deadlines in an administrative, coordination, or operations role
  • •Hands-on experience using generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude) to draft, edit, or design content
  • •Ability to use generative AI responsibly with human oversight and deliver business-ready outputs
