Own the technical win across mid-market enterprise deals by partnering with Account Executives to lead deep discovery, architectural solutioning, and tailored product demonstrations. Key Responsibilities

•Lead technical discovery to translate customer data architecture, marketing workflows, and business objectives into differentiated requirements and solution design.
•Design and deliver tailored product demonstrations and architectural solutions across the product suite.
•Run end-to-end proof-of-concept engagements (scoping, designing, executing, validating) to close complex enterprise deals.
•Build trusted technical relationships with data engineers, architects, and marketing technologists and serve as their advisor.
•Navigate complex buying committees confidently and advise enterprise customers adopting AI workflows, data activation, and decisioning using agents.

Key Requirements

•2+ years of progressive mid-market pre-sales or solutions engineering experience, including complex solution architecture across multi-stakeholder buying cycles.
•Lead technical discovery, architectural whiteboarding, and solution design with both technical and business audiences, including C-suite stakeholders.
•Strong familiarity with modern data ecosystems, including cloud data warehouses, data modeling, data engineering, integrations, and APIs; able to navigate customer data architectures without being a hands-on practitioner.
•Build technical champions and influence complex buying committees across engineering, marketing, and executive levels.
•Experience with competitive sales motions and value-selling frameworks (MEDDPICC, Command the Message, or equivalent); excellent written and spoken English.
