  • •Run balanced mixed-method studies using qualitative techniques (contextual inquiry, cognitive walkthroughs) and quantitative rigor (surveys, behavioral telemetry, statistical modeling).

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of hands-on UX research experience in complex B2B, developer, or enterprise software environments, with product impact at Senior or Staff level.
  • •Strong mastery of both qualitative and quantitative UX research methodologies.
  • •Active daily practitioner of AI tools and prompt workflows to streamline research (e.g., synthesis/structuring unstructured data and scaling insight delivery).
  • •Experience with products built for developers, administrators, or other technical audiences; security product experience is a plus.
  • •Ability to plan, prioritize, and solve complex problems independently while communicating and aligning cross-functionally.
