Head of Support Services – Central

Lead delivery of multiple business services streams at the Central location, ensuring high-quality, timely service offerings within agreed service levels. Partner with functional stream leads to govern budgets and assets, oversee service assurance activities with internal teams and external providers, and drive performance reporting. Manage service teams and supplier relationships, set SMART objectives, influence local senior leadership, and support continuous improvement of employee support services strategies.
