Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the end-to-end delivery lifecycle of client projects from kick-off through go-live and post-launch stabilisation.
  • •Build and maintain detailed project plans, milestone trackers, risk registers, and status dashboards to ensure project health visibility.
  • •Proactively identify delivery risks, dependencies, and blockers; escalate and resolve issues before they impact timelines or client satisfaction.
  • •Serve as the primary day-to-day point of contact for assigned clients and lead kick-offs, weekly check-ins, milestone reviews, and steering-committee updates.
  • •Coordinate across client teams and internal Synapse functions (Engineering, Forward Deployed Engineers, Product, QA, Leadership), translating requirements into actionable delivery briefs and maintaining client deliverables and documentation.

Key Requirements

  • •2–3 years of experience in project management or client delivery/implementation management in a technology/SaaS/fintech or enterprise software environment.
  • •Demonstrated end-to-end delivery of structured projects with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
  • •Strong project management fundamentals including scope management, milestones, risk/issue management, and change control.
  • •Ability to build and manage structured project plans using tools such as Jira, Asana, Notion, MS Project, or equivalents.
  • •Full professional fluency in both English and Arabic (written and spoken) — mandatory.
