Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and implement master production plans and daily production schedules for assigned mills.
  • •Trim and release orders to the production schedule and shop floor, managing multiple machine paper mills and customer order cycles.
  • •Resolve scheduling conflicts among customers, paper mills, and logistics; manage machine cycles to improve throughput and efficiency.
  • •Provide 24-hour customer and mill coverage for trimming and machine scheduling emergencies.
  • •Manage paper mills’ inventory and working capital goals, including review of forecast vs. sequencing, stocking levels, safety stock, and aged inventory reduction/disposition.

Key Requirements
