Key Responsibilities

  • •Receive and balance deposits from armored carriers, balancing to the accompanying manifest.
  • •Track deposits into internal systems and assign to processors to maintain control and accountability.
  • •Verify inbound and outbound coin/currency sums using internal systems and high-speed desktop currency counters.
  • •Ensure deposits and orders contain correct customer contents daily with 100% accuracy and balance transaction totals for transfer to inventory/sorters.
  • •Research and resolve out-of-balance transactions and complete daily proof and Statement of Condition reporting; perform related correction advice and imaging capture coordination.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • •Experience handling large amounts of currency and coin and reconciling to expected totals using basic math.
  • •Demonstrated data entry and PC skills.
  • •Basic proficiency in PC software including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • •Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality and adhering to strict procedures for customer privacy.
