Key Responsibilities

•Facilitate effective Agile ceremonies and coach teams to improve processes, efficiency, and performance.
•Drive continuous improvement by running retrospectives, reducing waste, and fostering Agile maturity.
•Promote collaboration by communicating with technical and non-technical stakeholders and aligning cross-functional teams.
•Identify problems proactively, mediate conflicts, remove blockers, and help teams deliver value.
•Track and report delivery metrics such as velocity, cycle time, and predictability to support program execution.

Key Requirements

•Experience with Agile frameworks and iterative development, operating with an Agile mindset to enable continuous improvement.
•Proficiency with Agile project management tools, including Confluence and Jira, and the ability to configure and leverage them to support delivery.
•Exceptional communication skills and experience collaborating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders across cross-functional teams.
•Experience facilitating retrospectives and driving process improvements, including waste reduction and increasing Agile maturity.
•SAFe Agile certification and BFSI experience (highly valued).
