Job Summary

Lead and coordinate technical execution for integrated product teams across flight simulator engineering programs, owning planning, organizing, controlling, integration, execution, and closeout. Manage large, complex strategic initiatives with cross-functional teams, serving as technical lead through peer/gate and program management reviews. Run weekly/monthly Cost Account Management (CAM) reviews and drive improvements to processes, systems, solutions, and products while implementing leadership goals.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage large, complex, strategically important project initiatives involving large cross-functional teams.
•Serve as the technical lead over the assigned engineering team, leading/participating in peer & gate reviews and coordinating technical activity across program IPTs.
•Support program management reviews (PMRs) and align engineering direction with program needs.
•Conduct weekly/monthly Cost Account Management (CAM) reviews with IPTs and own technical, cost, and schedule performance for engineering content.
•Communicate within and outside the organization, including customers or vendors, and implement leadership strategic goals.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Software, Systems, Mechanical Engineering, or Computer Science.
•8+ years of USG/DoD development program experience.
•3+ years of engineering lead experience in USG/DoD development programs.
•3+ years using IBM/Rational or Atlassian development/collaboration tools (including DOORS), Earned Value Management (EVM), and Microsoft Project.
•Only U.S. citizens are eligible for this role due to U.S. Government contract requirements.
