Backup Operator

Fill in for the Lead Operator when absent or as requested, supporting safe and quality-focused production. Set up equipment, perform changeovers and shutdowns, troubleshoot issues, and complete quality checks. When not covering the Lead Operator, package finished products, move materials to designated areas, maintain a clean work area, and conduct weekly audits while helping improve throughput and efficiency.
