Join the MENAT LIVE Eco Growth & Governance team to uncover insights that drive creator growth and a great LIVE experience. You’ll handle complex data, build an indicator framework for product health, and continuously track key metrics to diagnose root causes. Partner with product, strategy, and operations to support data-driven experiments, validate hypotheses, and deliver analytics that inform product and technology decisions.

Key Responsibilities

•Handle a large amount of complex data and solve technical and statistical challenges to drive business impact.
•Design an indicator framework to measure product health, continuously track core indicators, and identify root causes of indicator changes.
•Support data-driven decision-making through data experiments and measure the impact of product or technology changes.
•Validate hypotheses and identify product growth opportunities using analysis, experimentation, or other scientific methods.
•Collaborate with engineers and product stakeholders to provide product insights and strategies.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in data science, statistics, econometrics, quantitative sociology, or a related scientific major, with more than 3 years of relevant work experience.
•Professional knowledge of SQL and Python or R programming.
•Strong analytical and causal reasoning skills with a strict demand for statistical accuracy.
•Strong communication and teamwork skills.
•Fluent in both English and Chinese to collaborate with Chinese-speaking and global stakeholders.
