Key Responsibilities

  • •Audit the performance of the Network Optimisation & Charters Controllers and provide instant decisions to operational issues needing commercial input.
  • •Identify flights with high/low demand, review re-assignment options and recommend capacity adjustments to achieve incremental revenue.
  • •Monitor underperforming flights and lead tactical price changes with commercial operations to improve loads and profitability.
  • •Negotiate with aeronautical authorities/airport slot coordinators and ground service providers for landing/handling permissions for extra/charter flights.
  • •Manage the production of Emirates public timetables and coordinate with ENCOM/CSR systems to ensure accurate schedule dissemination and maximum product exposure.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree or Honours (12+3 or equivalent)
  • •8+ years of experience in Commercial/Sales/Research/Analysis
  • •Experience in the airline industry specifically in network optimisation/flight scheduling
  • •Sound knowledge of flight scheduling, passenger charter sales, airline operations, aviation regulations
  • •Excellent knowledge of IT systems
