  • •Administer prime contracts, task orders, modifications, and subcontracts throughout the contract lifecycle.
  • •Review and negotiate contractual terms and conditions to ensure compliance with FAR, agency supplements, and company policies.
  • •Support proposal activities by reviewing solicitations, identifying contractual risks, and preparing contract exceptions to ensure proposal compliance.
  • •Advise program management on contractual requirements, obligations, risks, and business considerations.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, contract management, public administration, or related field.
  • •8+ years of experience administering U.S. Government contracts.
  • •Experience supporting DoD and/or Federal Government contracts.
  • •Experience with contract negotiations, modifications, proposal support, and contract administration.
  • •Working knowledge of FAR, DFARs, and applicable agency supplements, plus strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
