Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the PMO in activities associated with pursuit, order, capture, and execution of existing and future programs.
  • •Manage portions of complex development and production programs and proposals under the guidance of a senior program manager.
  • •Perform program execution support including financial reporting, customer interaction/action item reporting, and customer deliverable management.
  • •Support subcontract management, global trade, material statusing, NDA management, risk and opportunity management, and data collection and analysis.
  • •Coordinate across Operations, Engineering, Manufacturing, Sales, Contracts, Supply Chain, Quality, and IPP&C points of contact and represent the organization on key issues.

Key Requirements

  • •Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 5 years of prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field with minimum 3 years of experience.
  • •Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required; U.S. citizenship is required to be eligible for clearance.
  • •Proven ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • •Prior Leadership experience and ability to lead IPTs through ambiguity and short deadlines.
  • •Prior external customer support/interface experience and experience managing program risk and opportunities (PMP Certification preferred).
