Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure you have proper supplies and PPE before visiting patients.
  • •Use modern technology to access your daily schedule and navigate to each patient’s home.
  • •Connect with patients and collect relevant information while performing trained services.
  • •Provide patient-centric diagnostic and preventative care (including phlebotomy/specimen collection, and services such as diabetic foot screenings, retina exams, and ECGs).
  • •Label collected samples properly and coordinate drop-off to the appropriate lab or shipment facility.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 25 - 30 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •Previous experience in venipuncture.
  • •State-required licensure and/or proof of training, plus national certification where applicable.
  • •Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • •Valid Driver’s License and current vehicle insurance; reliable transportation for travel to patient homes.
  • •Pass national background check and DMV check; ability to physically access homes (e.g., stairs) and carry up to 10 pounds while walking.
