Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure high standards of cleanliness within the home and collaborate with maintenance and management to care for every room.
  • •Lead by example by vacuuming, mopping, polishing, and maintaining communal areas and residents’ bedrooms.
  • •Supervise housekeeping and laundry staff, manage staff rotas, coordinate training, and ensure housekeeping supplies are stocked or replenished.
  • •Provide guidance to team and delegate tasks to maintain a well-run housekeeping operation.
  • •Collaborate with other teams to deliver a resident-centered, clean, and safe living environment.
