Process and Equipment Engineer

Develop and implement advanced semiconductor manufacturing processes to meet device specifications and functional requirements. Perform feasibility studies using simulations and engineering methods, then design and optimize processes through material selection, parameter tuning, and equipment metrology. Lead process pathfinding for future technologies, collaborate with equipment and material suppliers to influence roadmaps, and improve production output using Statistical Process Control and other data-driven techniques.
