Key Responsibilities

  • •Create quotes for service agreements and quoted works supporting Service Account Managers and Controls Service Account Managers.
  • •Build detailed scope and cost estimates using system sketches, scope definitions, exceptions/exclusions, preliminary proposals, and vendor/subcontractor quotes.
  • •Perform take-offs and pricing for purchased equipment to ensure accuracy of quantity, size, configuration, voltage, and options.
  • •Identify cost-saving opportunities and potential risk items across projects to maintain competitive advantage.
  • •Develop subcontractor scope of work, optimize job costs through vendor/subcontractor quotations, and participate in pre-bid meetings with account managers.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 72,900 - 104,300 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's or Associates degree in engineering, engineering technology, or related field preferred, with 3-5 years of related experience; or a technical certificate with 5 years; or HVAC Technician experience with a combination of education and experience.
  • •Working knowledge of construction systems including mechanical, electrical, and plumbing.
  • •Strong cost estimating and business/financial acumen, including running projects on time and within budget.
  • •Ability to prioritize tasks to meet tight deadlines in a high-paced environment with attention to detail.
  • •Must have a valid driver’s license for at least 12 months with no major or frequent traffic violations.
