Key Responsibilities

  • •Operate CNC equipment independently by applying CNC machining principles, cutting tool selection, and machining parameters.
  • •Perform CNC programming, setup, and program optimization independently, and assist engineers with tooling/fixture and production equipment design.
  • •Carry out complex equipment maintenance and troubleshooting to ensure stable machine operation independently.
  • •Use precision measuring instruments (e.g., vernier calipers and micrometers) and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
