Job Summary

Support theater-level logistics in the command’s log cell as a unit supply logisticsian, managing distribution and supply chain operations for the command’s AOR. Reconcile authorization and property records, identify shortages, coordinate requisitions/releases, and maintain inventory and property book documentation. Prepare and process hand receipts, transfers, turn-ins, and shipping documentation, including pack/wrap/ship and inspections, using systems such as GCSS-A and related supply tools when available.

Key Responsibilities

•Work in the command’s log cell as a logistician, providing theater-level logistics support for the command’s AOR.
•Manage supply chain operations including supply distribution, reconciliation of authorization documents with property records, and administrative changes.
•Review theater-level property records for shortages, coordinate requisitions/releases/shipments for high-priority items, and maintain property/inventory accounts.
•Prepare and process hand receipts, lateral transfers, turn-ins, and required military shipping and property documentation (e.g., DD/DA forms).
•Prepare equipment and materiel for movement, conduct pack/wrap/ship via STO/SO, conduct inspections, and perform physical inventories and related adjustments.

Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

•Must be a US citizen with a secret security clearance.
•Must be PBUSE certified and have worked at the Property Book level.
•Must have a solid knowledge and experience with supply chain management.
•Must be able to go OCONUS and have a valid passport.
•GCSS–Army Certified in Unit Supply (plus experience with property book/unit supply processes).
