Key Responsibilities

  • •Assume responsibility for efficient, effective, and accurate performance of teller functions and represent the bank professionally.
  • •Receive and process deposits and loan payments; cash checks and other negotiable instruments.
  • •Examine documents for endorsements/negotiability, process transfers between accounts, and verify/balance cash daily.
  • •Detect and resolve discrepancies promptly while following teller procedures and compliance requirements.
  • •Cross-sell bank products, sell official checks, money orders, traveler’s checks, and credit card cash advances, and maintain customer privacy.
