Key Responsibilities

  • •Own end-to-end ISC transformation and program governance for the SBG, driving business value, standardization, and operational performance across planning, procurement, manufacturing, logistics, and warehousing.
  • •Act as the primary ISC leader for S/4 within the SBG, accountable for deployment success, business readiness, and adoption outcomes.
  • •Partner with Corporate S/4 and GDM leaders to shape, validate, and deploy the global design aligned to SBG operational needs.
  • •Drive fit-to-standard adoption and ISC process standardization, escalating and resolving design trade-offs through structured processes.
  • •Establish and manage ISC program operating cadence, including governance forums, workstream leadership, execution routines, decision tracking, executive reporting, and readiness for change adoption.

Key Requirements
