Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide distinctive, personalized investment advice and deliver investment solutions aligned to clients’ long-term goals and risk tolerance.
  • •Set the strategic direction of the Financial Advisor team to increase assets under management, sales, and service.
  • •Develop and maintain profitable securities and insurance sales using external networking and internal referrals aligned to client best interests.
  • •Use a consultative process to review and adjust investment plans regularly while managing client relationships to build loyalty.
  • •Ensure regulatory compliance by properly recording transactions and inquiries, maintaining client files, and adhering to FINRA and other regulatory standards.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or Banking, or equivalent education and related experience.
  • •FINRA Series 7 and 66 licenses (63 and 65 in lieu of 66).
  • •Applicable state health and life insurance licenses.
  • •Securities sales and client relationship management experience.
  • •Strong analytical, problem-solving, interpersonal, persuasion, and relationship management skills; organized and self-motivated.
