Job Summary

As the product manager solving growth-focused problems, you will own and drive the vision and roadmap for products driving customer growth for PhonePe and its merchant partners. You’ll evangelize and execute the roadmap, collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across business, technology, regulatory and industry, design growth solutions, and deliver scalable, reliable outcomes in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.

•Own and drive the vision and road map for growth-focused products for PhonePe and merchant partners; evangelize and execute the road map; work with internal and external stakeholders cutting across business, technology, regulatory and industry; define, design and detail growth solutions; deliver the solutions with cross-functional, distributed teams; maintain product agility and leadership to deliver innovative growth-focused solutions that run reliably at scale
•Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across business, technology, regulatory and industry to shape product direction and priorities
•Deliver growth solutions with cross-functional, distributed teams across multiple locations, ensuring scalability and reliability
•Maintain product agility and leadership in delivering innovative growth-focused solutions that run reliably at scale
•Demonstrate deep problem-solving ability and strong communication and negotiation skills to ship world-class product solutions
