IC Verification Engineer

Architect and develop scalable, reusable verification testbench environments for ASIC features across Block/Core/SOC. Own test plans and drive functional coverage using pseudo-random verification, bringing verification to closure. Debug regression failures by analyzing coverage gaps and improving tests, while guiding and mentoring junior engineers. Lead documentation of verification strategy and review verification architecture alongside design teams, improving verification quality and efficiency.
