Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead day-to-day site supervision of MEP works across all project phases.
  • •Monitor contractor performance, progress, and adherence to project specifications; ensure works align with approved drawings and standards.
  • •Review and approve shop drawings, method statements, and material submissions; oversee installation of electrical, mechanical, HVAC, ELV, and ICT systems.
  • •Serve as key interface between client, EPC contractor, consultants, and internal teams; support issue resolution and attend coordination/progress meetings.
  • •Ensure QA/QC and HSE compliance, track programme progress and risks, and support testing, commissioning, and system handover/close-out documentation.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
  • •15+ years of experience with strong exposure to data centre / mission-critical projects.
  • •Proven experience in construction supervision / site-based roles.
  • •Strong understanding of MEP systems and data centre infrastructure (power, cooling, ICT).
  • •Experience with EPC contractors and large-scale developments.
