Job Summary

Serve as the primary People Business Partner for the E&E Vancouver Studio, advising leaders across Plenty of Fish, The League, and Finance. Coach on organizational design, leadership effectiveness, workforce planning, and talent strategy, while leading talent/performance initiatives with the L&D COE. Own core People processes, manage sensitive employee relations and terminations, oversee HRIS workflows, support benefits administration, and drive studio-wide people projects using data and employee feedback.

Key Responsibilities

•Serve as the primary strategic People Business Partner for the E&E Vancouver Studio, supporting leaders and teams across Plenty of Fish, The League, and Finance.
•Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, coaching on organizational design, team effectiveness, leadership capability, workforce planning, and talent strategy.
•Lead talent and performance initiatives with the L&D COE, including calibration, development planning, and succession planning for critical roles.
•Own core People processes such as performance management and year-end compensation reviews, and handle complex employee relations and terminations in partnership with Legal and People Ops.
•Oversee HRIS-related workflows and support local Canadian benefits administration; drive change management and E&E-wide people projects using data, feedback, and business insights.
