•Improve engineering tool workflows so engineers can move faster and build value into daily usage.
•Create clear, practical training content and drive learning with hands-on guidance and iterative updates.
•Form and update recommendations based on experimentation and real-world feedback, adapting quickly when better approaches are found.
•Optimize data flow across downstream engineering systems and identify overlapping capabilities for a global organization.
•Troubleshoot technical issues related to deployment, configuration, and ongoing support.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 129,000 - 171,000 annually

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience in a design engineering role building products in a fast-paced environment.
•Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Systems Engineering or related technical field (or equivalent education/work experience).
•Deep expertise in at least one engineering discipline and its associated tool stack (CAD, CAE, PLM, or discipline-specific applications).
•Strong understanding of engineering workflows from concept through production.
•Proven ability to troubleshoot technical issues and find practical solutions.
