Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the introduction and promotion of test automation for customers as a pre-sales professional, using UiPath technologies to improve testing efficiency and quality.
  • •Collaborate with account executives, SEs, and other experts to present the best solution to client challenges.
  • •Coordinate with global teams to enhance solution value and explore new markets.
  • •Prepare customer-facing documentation and proposals that clearly communicate timelines, benefits, and ROI.
  • •Drive initiatives that accelerate customers’ DX by integrating test automation into broader business processes.

Key Requirements

  • •Programming knowledge and experience (SQL, Python, R)
  • •Experience in testing across various contexts (waterfall and agile) and test planning
  • •Strong communication skills, with ability to engage both internal and external stakeholders
  • •Business-level Japanese; business-level English (TOEIC 800+ or equivalent)
  • •Proven ability to negotiate and coordinate with clients and teams to deliver effective test automation solutions
