Job Function: Solutions Engineering & Sales Engineering

Key Responsibilities

•Lead the introduction and promotion of test automation for customers as a pre-sales professional, using UiPath technologies to improve testing efficiency and quality.
•Collaborate with account executives, SEs, and other experts to present the best solution to client challenges.
•Coordinate with global teams to enhance solution value and explore new markets.
•Prepare customer-facing documentation and proposals that clearly communicate timelines, benefits, and ROI.
•Drive initiatives that accelerate customers’ DX by integrating test automation into broader business processes.

Key Requirements

•Programming knowledge and experience (SQL, Python, R)
•Experience in testing across various contexts (waterfall and agile) and test planning
•Strong communication skills, with ability to engage both internal and external stakeholders
•Business-level Japanese; business-level English (TOEIC 800+ or equivalent)
•Proven ability to negotiate and coordinate with clients and teams to deliver effective test automation solutions
