Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead SAP SuccessFactors implementation activities across the full project lifecycle.
  • •Define business requirements and conduct fit-gap analysis between client needs and standard solutions.
  • •Translate requirements into system configuration objects and create solution design in line with best practices.
  • •Configure SuccessFactors according to solution design and documentation such as configuration workbook/business blueprint.
  • •Support integrations with SuccessFactors/SAP or third-party HRIS solutions and provide project team orientation, knowledge transfer, and end-user training.

Key Requirements

  • •More than 5 years of SAP SuccessFactors implementation experience across all phases of an implementation cycle.
  • •Expertise in SuccessFactors project management methodology and deliverables.
  • •Strong knowledge of SuccessFactors modules: Employee Central, Recruitment, Onboarding, Learning Management, and Succession Management, including providing consulting services for HCM best practices and migrations to SAP HCM Cloud.
  • •Good understanding of XML and ability to configure solution design objects aligned with best practices.
  • •Ability to define business requirements, perform fit-gap analysis, and translate requirements into system configuration objects and solution design.
