Job Summary

Lead end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors implementations, covering project phases and project deliverables using SuccessFactors project management methods. Define business requirements, perform fit-gap analysis, design solutions aligned to best practices, and configure SuccessFactors modules such as Employee Central, Recruitment, Onboarding, Learning Management, and Succession Management. Ensure integrations across SuccessFactors and SAP or third-party HRIS solutions, provide client orientation and knowledge transfer, and support user training.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead SAP SuccessFactors implementation activities across the full project lifecycle.
•Define business requirements and conduct fit-gap analysis between client needs and standard solutions.
•Translate requirements into system configuration objects and create solution design in line with best practices.
•Configure SuccessFactors according to solution design and documentation such as configuration workbook/business blueprint.
•Support integrations with SuccessFactors/SAP or third-party HRIS solutions and provide project team orientation, knowledge transfer, and end-user training.

Key Requirements

•More than 5 years of SAP SuccessFactors implementation experience across all phases of an implementation cycle.
•Expertise in SuccessFactors project management methodology and deliverables.
•Strong knowledge of SuccessFactors modules: Employee Central, Recruitment, Onboarding, Learning Management, and Succession Management, including providing consulting services for HCM best practices and migrations to SAP HCM Cloud.
•Good understanding of XML and ability to configure solution design objects aligned with best practices.
•Ability to define business requirements, perform fit-gap analysis, and translate requirements into system configuration objects and solution design.
