Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as a trusted advisor to plant leadership teams across Kalasin and Sikhiu sites.

  • •Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and labor law compliance.
  • •Lead local implementation of HR policies, compensation reviews, and reward programs, and provide HR reporting and analytics to drive process improvements.

Key Requirements
