Key Responsibilities

  • •Support development and delivery of annual operational business plans and KPIs for the DOM team, including performance monitoring and reporting.
  • •Advise DOM senior management on people matters, including development and approval of the people agenda and associated plans.
  • •Act as the HR business partner focal point for DOM people matters globally, providing timely support and guidance, and ensuring resolution of conflicts or grievances.
  • •Manage the entire employee lifecycle for DOM employees, including joining, training and development, engagement, reward, performance management, and offboarding.
  • •Apply Spanish labour and employment law (and knowledge of wider European labour law) to HR decisions, employee relations, and organizational change.

Key Requirements

  • •Relevant Master’s degree or professional qualification from an internationally recognised higher education institution.
  • •Bachelor’s degree 2:1 or above.
  • •8+ years’ experience in mid to senior HR management and/or HR consulting roles in a multinational organisation, preferably in Spain with HR business partnership, talent management, and HR planning/project management.
  • •Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a consultative approach in a corporate/multi-functional environment.
  • •Ability to manage cross-functional teams and work in a multi-cultural workforce with exposure to the European labour market.
