Key Responsibilities

  • •Definition, procurement and validation of manufacturing equipment
  • •Coordination of industrialization topics within the team, including prioritization and project planning
  • •Creation and maintenance of industrialization and project documentation (e.g., concepts, process design, requirements, validation, PFMEA)
  • •Close collaboration with internal and external interfaces for procurement of manufacturing equipment
  • •Acceptance, validation and sustainable support of manufacturing equipment over the entire life cycle

Key Requirements

  • •Advanced degree in Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, Medical Technology or a comparable engineering field
  • •6+ years' experience as a Team Lead or Project Manager in an international environment
  • •6+ years' experience in the introduction and support of manufacturing equipment
  • •Experience with problem-solving techniques and continuous process improvements
  • •Fluent German and very good English (spoken and written)
