Key Responsibilities

  • •Promote and follow all plant safety guidelines, including safety meetings, training, and inspections.
  • •Follow and coordinate mill and kiln operation plans and schedules with maintenance, quality control, shipping, and production personnel.
  • •Establish, assign, and communicate shift responsibilities; supervise and evaluate performance while maintaining attendance records.
  • •Monitor kiln burning and raw mill/finish mill grinding operations; review production data and prepare reports.
  • •Coordinate repairs and preventive maintenance for mills, kilns, and other production machinery; provide updates to management and support union grievance resolution.

Key Requirements

  • •Vocational/technical degree in production, process control, or a related field.

  • •Able to work rotational schedules with 12-hour shifts (day and night).
  • •Ability to lead/manage others and manage conflict.
