Production Supervisor

Coordinate and oversee cement manufacturing production operations, ensuring plant safety compliance and smooth execution of mill and kiln schedules. You’ll supervise shift personnel, monitor attendance and performance, run safety meetings and inspections, and oversee kiln burning and grinding operations. Review production data, prepare reports, resolve day-to-day production problems, and manage repairs and preventive maintenance while providing regular updates to management.
