Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive strategic execution across AI Neobank priorities and expansion goals.
  • •Build and manage operating cadence with OKRs, leadership updates, decision tracking, and accountability.
  • •Coordinate major cross-functional workstreams across product, engineering, licensing, market expansion, partnerships, finance, and operations.
  • •Prepare decision memos, board/leadership materials, execution plans, and performance reviews.
  • •Identify gaps, risks, and dependencies early, and execute special projects requiring senior judgment and cross-functional authority.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience driving strategic execution across teams as a strong operator, not just advisory support.
  • •Excellent judgment, communication, prioritization, and follow-through in senior, cross-functional settings.
  • •Ability to work with founders, CEOs, leadership teams, and senior external stakeholders.
  • •Comfort operating in ambiguity with limited guidance, and translating high-level strategy into detailed execution.
  • •Strong writing, business analysis, and problem-solving skills, ideally with startup, consulting, strategy, operations, fintech, financial services, or regional expansion experience.
