  • •Lead and execute inventory management to maximize inventory accuracy and reduce shrink
  • •Investigate and root-cause inventory accuracy issues, escalating process or system gaps with the General Manager
  • •Manage key operational functions including shipment, receiving and processing, reverse transfers, sales floor recovery, intra-day replenishment, floor set updates, and supply management
  • •Champion strong visual standards for the sales floor and maintain safe work environment through stockroom standards and processes
  • •Oversee Operations Associates, including recruitment, development, and performance feedback using company tools
