Job Summary

Drive and coach store operations to improve profitability and efficiency as part of the store leadership team. Partner with the Operations & Visual Manager to lead inventory management, receiving/shipping, reverse transfers, sales floor recovery, replenishment, floor set updates, and supply management. Support strong visual standards and safe, well-run stockroom processes while using metrics to shape business-driving strategies. Directly oversee Operations Associates, including recruitment, feedback, and development.

•Lead and execute inventory management to maximize inventory accuracy and reduce shrink
•Investigate and root-cause inventory accuracy issues, escalating process or system gaps with the General Manager
•Manage key operational functions including shipment, receiving and processing, reverse transfers, sales floor recovery, intra-day replenishment, floor set updates, and supply management
•Champion strong visual standards for the sales floor and maintain safe work environment through stockroom standards and processes
•Oversee Operations Associates, including recruitment, development, and performance feedback using company tools
