Key Responsibilities

  • •Analyze quality and reliability data and perform advanced statistical analysis.
  • •Maintain and improve the quality system, including root-cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions.
  • •Conduct audits and close out findings, determining appropriate corrective and preventive actions.
  • •Plan, organize, and manage receiving/outgoing quality activities and continuously improve QA receiving inspection processes.
  • •Manage supplier performance: resolve supplier failures, lead supplier audits, develop supplier scorecards, and support supplier quality improvement. “Provide customers report and analysis; measure customer satisfaction index; prepare management review meetings and quality instructions/procedures.”

Key Requirements

  • •BS degree in science with at least 4 years of related experience.
  • •Hands-on understanding of manufacturing and operations processes, especially for telecommunications.
  • •Background in quality engineering and familiarity with boards and system assembly.
  • •Develop reliability measurements such as MTBF, DOA, IRR, and YRR.
  • •Ability to organize, prioritize, manage staff, solve problems, and understand electro-mechanical assembly processes.
