Counter Sales Associate

Serve as a counter, phone, and email sales resource for plumbing and HVAC contractor customers. Build trusted relationships by using product expertise to recommend solutions, drive upsell/cross-sell, and promote strategic programs. Support accurate part sourcing using catalogs, computer systems, and manufacturer databases, while processing transactions and managing special orders and backorder follow-up. Maintain an organized, professional counter environment and collaborate with Outside Sales to grow accounts.
