Key Responsibilities

  • •Support facilities and maintenance teams to achieve compliance, quality standards, and budget targets.
  • •Ensure preventive maintenance and inspections programs are established and documented.
  • •Order maintenance parts and supplies; create and close maintenance work orders and PM templates with periodic reporting.
  • •Assist with developing preventive maintenance plans for new equipment.
  • •Lead MESH (EHS) elements, support asbestos and lighting surveys, and develop maintenance-related capital requests. Hire and supervise outside contractors when needed and issue required permitting.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree in a technical related field from an accredited institution.
  • •Minimum 3 years of experience in maintenance or facilities management.
  • •1+ years of experience in a Manufacturing or Industrial environment.
  • •Must be a U.S. person as defined by ITAR (U.S. Citizen, Permanent Resident, Political Asylee, or Refugee).
  • •Candidates must currently reside within 50 miles of the Euclid, OH facility and relocation is not offered.
