Principal CDE Lead responsible for driving Information Management and Common Data Environment (CDE) strategy across UK-wide real estate projects. Leads CDE configuration, governance, and reporting, mentors CDE Managers, and delivers training. Collaborates with stakeholders, ensures ISO 19650 alignment, and advocates best practices in BIM information management to improve project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

•Complex Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with key stakeholders to enable effective operation and drive adoption of the CDE. Engage with third party suppliers to align with wider enterprise systems architecture.
•CDE configuration: Lead the development, configuration and implementation of Common Data Environments aligned to client requirements and ISO 19650 best practice. This includes folder structures, metadata, workflows and access control.
•Change Control: Establish and manage CDE configuration processes that support robust change control and governance.
•Information Standards: Produce project or programme Information Standards, detailing the Information Management and CDE requirements.
•Reporting: Develop and deliver programme-wide reporting and analytics on CDE usage, with a focus on data accuracy, completeness and performance.

Key Requirements

•Experienced Information Manager / CDE Specialist / Lead Document Controller of 5+ years
•Understanding of Building Information Modelling (BIM) in the context of Information Management and Document Control
•Understanding of ISO 19650 standards (particularly Part 2) and how it impacts Information Management and Document Control
•Experience developing Information Standards, BEPs, and AIR/EIR documentation
•Administrator level experience using Autodesk Forma (previously Autodesk Construction Cloud)
