Key Responsibilities

  • •Complex Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with key stakeholders to enable effective operation and drive adoption of the CDE. Engage with third party suppliers to align with wider enterprise systems architecture.
  • •CDE configuration: Lead the development, configuration and implementation of Common Data Environments aligned to client requirements and ISO 19650 best practice. This includes folder structures, metadata, workflows and access control.
  • •Change Control: Establish and manage CDE configuration processes that support robust change control and governance.
  • •Information Standards: Produce project or programme Information Standards, detailing the Information Management and CDE requirements.
  • •Reporting: Develop and deliver programme-wide reporting and analytics on CDE usage, with a focus on data accuracy, completeness and performance.

Key Requirements

  • •Experienced Information Manager / CDE Specialist / Lead Document Controller of 5+ years
  • •Understanding of Building Information Modelling (BIM) in the context of Information Management and Document Control
  • •Understanding of ISO 19650 standards (particularly Part 2) and how it impacts Information Management and Document Control
  • •Experience developing Information Standards, BEPs, and AIR/EIR documentation
  • •Administrator level experience using Autodesk Forma (previously Autodesk Construction Cloud)
