Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide sub-BG oversight of Project Delivery activities and governance of project performance.
  • •Own and deliver sub-BG project delivery procedures, processes, tools, and common risk controls across the project lifecycle.
  • •Maximize utilization of Global/Regional Execution Centers (GEC/REC) for project delivery in the sub-BG and support delivery systems and tools digital innovation.
  • •Manage project performance governance processes at sub-BG level, including internal Project Management Reviews and dashboards.
  • •Interface with Project Directors, executive leadership, and Heads of Projects/Operations to deliver BU requirements within the sub-BG and support Operations Excellence objectives.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Science or Engineering.
  • •20+ years of experience in the oil and gas industry.
  • •Experience leading/delivering project management, engineering execution, procurement and/or construction services for offshore Oil & Gas, specifically FPSO/FPU and EPC-phase detailed engineering and PMC-type capital projects.
  • •Strong understanding of project delivery technical functions (project management, project controls, engineering/design, supply chain/procurement & sub-contracts, and construction).
  • •Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong leadership and problem-solving capabilities.
