Key Responsibilities

  • •Define, manage, and evolve products and capabilities supporting multiple customers and stakeholders.
  • •Capture operational needs with customers/end-users and translate requirements into practical, supportable, verifiable outcomes.
  • •Support contract and scope change activities, including impact assessment and technical solution development.
  • •Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (integration, V&V, software, hardware, and operational) to deliver capability across the lifecycle.
  • •Apply model-based approaches to manage change, define mission/support system requirements, and contribute to architecture, requirements, risk management, and technical decisions.

Key Requirements

  • •Apply systems engineering practices in defence, aerospace, communications, software-intensive, or other complex engineering environments.
  • •Use Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) and systems modelling tools to define and evolve solutions.
  • •Engage with customers and stakeholders to capture operational needs and translate them into requirements and capability enhancements.
  • •Manage engineering lifecycle activities for complex systems, including integration and verification.
  • •Support contract and scope change by performing impact assessment, technical analysis, and solution development.
