Stack egg cases and pallets efficiently and accurately according to customer specifications, ensuring correct labeling and secure pallet wrapping for safe transportation. Operate palletizing and wrapping equipment safely, perform basic equipment maintenance, and follow USDA, SQF, safety, biosecurity, and food defense requirements.

Key Responsibilities

•Ensure pallets are intact and in good condition before use.
•Properly stack cases and arrange cases of eggs on skids according to guidelines.
•Verify cases are correctly labeled and attach labels as needed; wrap pallets to customer specifications.
•Segregate damaged cases for reworking and identify/record pallet completion based on the daily production plan.
•Safely operate palletizing equipment (tape machine, pallet wrapper, pallet jack, pallet scale) and report mechanical/quality issues while following USDA, SQF, safety, biosecurity, and food defense programs.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 15 - 17 hourly

Key Requirements

•Previous experience as an egg grading machine operator is advantageous.
•Basic math and reasoning skills.
•Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating/maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
•Prior forklift training and certification preferred.
•Availability for night shifts, weekends, and holidays as applicable.
