Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure pallets are intact and in good condition before use.
  • •Properly stack cases and arrange cases of eggs on skids according to guidelines.
  • •Verify cases are correctly labeled and attach labels as needed; wrap pallets to customer specifications.
  • •Segregate damaged cases for reworking and identify/record pallet completion based on the daily production plan.
  • •Safely operate palletizing equipment (tape machine, pallet wrapper, pallet jack, pallet scale) and report mechanical/quality issues while following USDA, SQF, safety, biosecurity, and food defense programs.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 15 - 17 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •Previous experience as an egg grading machine operator is advantageous.
  • •Basic math and reasoning skills.
  • •Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating/maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
  • •Prior forklift training and certification preferred.
  • •Availability for night shifts, weekends, and holidays as applicable.
