Build and evolve Compass’s mobile platform that makes home buying and selling delightful. Collaborate with engineers, Product, and Design to plan and scope well-defined features, then independently deliver components with some guidance. Own code reviews, design reviews, and high-quality testing while applying maintainable, stable engineering practices. You’ll also drive engineering-led initiatives that improve execution speed and operational excellence.

Key Requirements

•BS in CS or equivalent practical experience.

•Knowledge of computer science fundamentals and iOS design patterns and best practices.
•Experience integrating with RESTful backend services and working with Scrum/Agile methodologies.
