Job Summary

Lead delivery execution for an FDA modernization initiative in a complex Agile environment. Drive predictable, high-quality, on-time delivery across multiple workstreams by aligning priorities, managing dependencies, and coordinating internal and external integration teams. Partner with the Program Manager and leadership to ensure mission alignment, oversee O&M and Help Desk continuity, manage risks, track delivery metrics, and guide teams through transformation and modern engineering practices.

Key Responsibilities

•Ensure program teams meet or exceed stakeholder expectations by aligning delivery priorities across multiple workstreams and maintaining oversight of integration teams.
•Partner with the Program Manager and leadership, government stakeholders, and end-user communities to align delivery with mission needs and operational outcomes.
•Manage resources across multiple teams to execute against release priorities, maintain healthy velocity and transparency, and manage dependencies.
•Oversee O&M and Help Desk operations to ensure seamless continuity of service and consistently high-quality outcomes.
•Proactively manage risks and delivery issues; present delivery metrics and validate deliverables for completeness and quality while coaching teams on innovative practices and AI-enabled approaches.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree with 12+ years of experience (or equivalent education and experience).
•Current or recent experience leading development projects at the FDA.
•Active PMI PMP certification.
•Experience working in a SAFe Agile environment and managing projects with Agile values, principles, processes, and methods (e.g., iterative/incremental, burn down, continuous integration, test-driven).
•Experience managing multi-system projects and multiple key stakeholders in a matrixed environment.
