Sales Associate (Serangoon, Singapore, SG, #01-46/47)

Deliver exceptional in-store service as a Sales Associate using the C.H.A.R.M. service model. Educate consumers on products, promotions, and events while supporting daily retail operations such as Point of Sale (POS) management, stock replenishment, pricing/markdowns, loyalty program promotion, and maintaining cleanliness standards. Collaborate with Store Management to improve performance and follow Asset Protection procedures, including shortage prevention and inventory control.
