Job Summary

Lead hands-on development and deployment of AI use cases that streamline Salesforce administration and improve sales effectiveness. Build and deploy targeted solutions on Gemini and Agentforce, evaluate pilots, and explore unused AI capabilities and Salesforce Out-of-the-Box AI/Einstein features. Partner with Salesforce IT, data owners, and AI teams to design integrations combining multi-source data while meeting internal security, privacy, and responsible AI requirements.

Key Responsibilities

•Act as the primary hands-on AI developer, building and deploying AI solutions and simple workflow automations.
•Deploy targeted use cases and features on existing or new AI models, including participating in pilots and trials for Gemini and Agentforce.
•Explore and activate unused capabilities in deployed AI models, including Salesforce Out-of-the-Box AI and Einstein features.
•Evaluate and explore external AI models and third-party tools to replace or supplement existing solutions for data analysis and CRM automation.
•Build and test AI solution integrations that safely combine multi-source data, ensuring privacy, security, and responsible AI usage standards.

Key Requirements

•1+ years of direct experience in AI development, technical sales support, or hands-on implementation of AI and software solutions.
•Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business, or a related field.
•Deep understanding of current AI models and how to deploy them practically to modernize business processes.
•Experience building solutions with Salesforce platform AI integrations and AI use cases.
•Ability to evaluate AI models and troubleshoot integration issues while supporting enterprise deployments.
