  • •Serve as a key resource to sales, marketing, technology, and administrative teams with timely contract and legal guidance.
  • •Manage, mentor, and develop the Contracts Specialist team; drive improvements to contract administration processes, workflows, and systems.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of professional experience handling contract administration responsibilities, preferably in Business Affairs/Legal Affairs within a movie studio, production company, or entertainment organization.
  • •Extensive experience drafting, reviewing, interpreting, and analyzing legal documents with strong judgment and attention to detail.
  • •Demonstrated people leadership experience: supervising, mentoring, training, and developing team members while managing priorities and workflows.
  • •Proficiency using online tools and databases, with the ability to learn and implement new technologies and processes.
  • •Experience with international licensing and distribution of entertainment product is a plus.
