Key Responsibilities

  • •Analyze session and interaction data across the partner ecosystem and diagnose where quality and performance break down.
  • •Own partner experience metrics by running experiments, optimizing measures, and ensuring the product is instrumented to capture them.
  • •Define and evolve interaction quality grading and turn outcomes into clear quality and performance scores.
  • •Translate partner and internal input into product improvements through continuous feedback loops and releases.

Key Requirements
